When a life ends, it is truly a privilege to be asked to lead a funeral service. A person’s life deserves to be remembered, honoured and celebrated, whatever their age or circumstances, taking into consideration the wishes of both the deceased and their family.  A life has ended and people are grieving;   I believe I deliver a service that is a meaningful reflection of the deceased and the family can feel that their loved one is at peace.  Over almost 30 years as a Celebrant, I have been involved with many families as they mourn, and still find that each one is as unique as the family member they have lost.

“A funeral is not a day in a lifetime, it is a lifetime in a day”.

After recently moving to sunny Alexandra, I am now available to perform funeral services around the Southland and Central Otago regions.  I have been delivering funeral services for the last 5 year’s and am always intrigued to hear the many stories of a life well lived.  I offer a personalised service catering for the family to give you the send off you want as this is a challenging but special time for family. We only get one chance to say our final farewell. I am open to your requests, whether you want a religious service, a celebration of a life or something completely different. Happy to discuss anything with you, even if you want to pre-plan your farewell.
